If I could give them zero stars I would. They have been the subject of a lengthy investigation on Jesse Jones that was covered in a 6 part series for their fraudulent & horrific work. They have been investigated & audited by L&I for not reporting workers they employed. The state is still looking into them for further actions against their fraudulent practices. They are also starting up new companies to play their shell games & hide from their previous names. Also known as 5 Star Concrete, Four Season General Contractor, & more. Do not recommend!! One of the workers took our deposit and never returned for the work to be done. Business owner acted like he did not know the the guy which was pretty obvious he did as he promised the guy would bring our money back.
