Services
A: If there is something wrong with your rental item, you MUST call us to let us know. If it is during regular business hours just call our store at 303-388-5971. We will either fix the item or have you return it to us same day so you won't be charged. If it is after business hours you must call the emergency number listed on your invoice and let us know that the item is faulty.

I will say this from the get-go. The products they offer for rent, the price was good and most of the employees that I spoke to there were very professional and nice.
Two major fails!
One, I requested that the items be delivered inside the house, which they said no problem. The delivery guys, not only did they not deliver them inside the house (left outside) but missed the delivery window by an hour and half (early).
Two, when I called to inquire as to why it was not delivered inside the house and they were early, I was met with a very rude and nasty attitude by a woman. When I asked if this

Went over what I needed over and over again. The customer service representative reads it from a screen that is facing him not me. I ask again we have the bowls for the soup that I'm renting items to serve the soup out of, yes. We have the dessert bowls that I'm renting the dessert spoons for? Again yes. Several times. Yes I should have read it after I was told yes it's all there. Drive to the other side of Denver to prepare for a last minute event (they were accommodating this) and get there with no bowls, no soup ladle, no dessert bowls. Small event for 15 people, had to change

We worked with Joe at Butler Rents and had a fantastic experience! He was responsive and helpful with lots of ideas on how to approach an unusual site. He worked with the local park district to conform to their rules and helped make our day run smooth by doing everything promised, on time and on budget.

I called to get some information about renting a canopy,the man was VERY RUDE! He didn't give me any information except to let me know when they are closed.He made me feel as if i was a bother and interrupting his day.I found this place on google and i would not use them or recommend it. Thats too bad because my job was to find a great place for party rentals for many parents of seniors next year including myself.A first impression really does make a difference.

Very rude customer service. I called to rent some tables but the guy on the phone had an attitude the entire time.I never do reviews but this business definitely doesn't deserve good recognition. They lost my business and I will be letting everyone know that they should not rent from them. I ended up finding another business with great customer support and better prices. Visit partytimerental.com or somewhere else but don't choose Butler.

A great event rental company with wonderful customer service! Many other tent rental companies in this area do not have good communication or they aren't accommodating to your specific needs. I called three other tent companies, and they did not have what I was looking for. Not only did the company secure all the necessary permits in a short amount of time, but they were able to set up the tent at the site without drilling the pavement - something other tent companies weren't willing to do. I highly recommend this business and their excellent customer service!

So what do you do when you want to have a big summer backyard barbecue but don't have enough tables and chairs for all the people you invited or enough grill space to hold all the meat you plan to cook? What you do is you call Butler Rents.
For the more than completely reasonable price of $122.12, we rented a 2' x 5' BBQ grill, two nine foot banquet tables, and 20 folding chairs. It turned out that they were out of the cheap metal chairs we ordered so we got a free upgrade to slightly better plastic seats. Mr. P picked everything up on Friday afternoon and we didn't have

I have worked for many years with Butler Rents. This last time was horrible. We rented a canopy to work an outside event. As we where setting up the tent we noticed that many of the bolts that where holding it together where gone. It was lucky we had a supply of zip ties. Then, the side walls for the tent where not the correct ones. It maybe simply renting a canopy to Butler, yet to me it is about the safety for my employees. When I turned in the tent discussed it with Butler and they just basically walked away. Never again will I trust Butler rents.

We recently celebrated my mother's 90th birthday with 250 people near a lake. The logistics were challenging but Butler Rents worked hard to make the event a success. Their staff helped us figure out what was needed and proposed elegant solutions for our problems. They put up a huge tent very quickly and delivered everything we needed on time. I use Butler Rents about 3-4 times a year for small to big events and always find this company to be professional and courteous.

We used to rent here all the time for our business and all the functions we do but not after dealing with a rude female employee. She completely forgot who is paying who and acted like I was inconveniencing them asking what time the pickup was going to be since they were already 2 hours late. Then she has the gull to tell me they are NOT late and I must be the one wrong even though we spoke to 2 other employees that day confirming the pick up time. Note to business: Admitting when your wrong and humility can go a long way.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Stephanie from Butler Rents is the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. They just lost a corporate customer due to her attitude. First, the company delivered the tables late, although they promised me beforehand they would be delivered by a certain time. Then, after my event was over, I noticed additional charges on my credit card and called to find out what was going on. We've used Butler Rents at two Pool Parties held at the property I work at and they have been awesome both times. The first time they arrived, when scheduled, and set everything up exactly as we requested it. They returned promptly to remove the items we rented so our pool deck could return to normal. The second time we used them, we needed to find a 10 x 20 tent at the very last minute. They worked hard and had somebody out THE SAME DAY to set up the tent., and they didn't even charge us a premium for the last minute notice. IMPRESSIVE!

I paid, then she sends me back to the warehouse to pick up my order. They didn't have what I paid for in stock cleaned. The man seemed to think he was doing me a favor giving me longer table cloths. They dragged on the floor and looked ridiculous. I was pissed.
If you are forced to rent here, demand a stock check well in advance.

I don't use Butler anymore ... and there's only one reason: The "customer service" people are SOOOOO RUDE. I do about 6 events a year where I need to rent big items and I just tired of DREADING that call to them. Without fail, they were all rude - must be that "culture" there. I use Party Time for all of my rentals and they couldn't be nicer or appreciate my business more!

We rented items here for our wedding. We got tablecloths, along with a few random items that we needed for our venue - some cocktail tables and something else I can't remember. I was lucky that family picked up and dropped off the items for me, but they all said it was really easy and everything was ready. I called and reserved the items in advance, and they were very helpful on the phone, answering all of my questions. Their prices are comparable to other rental locations in Denver but they offered a 10% discount for my venue so that helped a lot. Would definitely rent from them again
