The condo features a stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and natural stone propane fireplace.
The balcony, accessible from both the Living Room and Master Suite, has a breathtaking view of Cascade Lake and the mountains. Relax in the spacious living room next to the fireplace in the evenings, or enjoy the large hot tub and pool, available for your use on the main level of the lodge. The Master Suite has a king-sized bed and an en-suite, spa-like bathroom which features a deep soaker tub and walk-in shower.

We are a family who enjoys going, seeing, doing. Gary and I (Melissa) are real estate investors, working together in our various companies. We have 2 sons, Michael and Ethan and our other "kids", Max and Sam - please don't tell them they're dogs! We stumbled across Tamarack Ski Resort in Donnelly, Idaho, while looking for a vacation rental in the Spring of 2018 and are now planning our someday retirement in our favorite place on earth!

The Tamarack Bike Park is open Mid June to Mid September and offers a variety of biking options for both downhill and cross country! Nothing says summer fun like whitewater rafting along one of the most beautiful stretches of rivers in Idaho! Tamarack offers guided whitewater rafting on Idaho's renowned Payette River.

Please do not use the default route by Google Maps to get to Tamarack! I am trying to get them to change the route since they default to coming through the west side of lake, but when you take the time to change it to coming through Donnelly, it always shows quicker (although longer) route. If you find this review helpful, please like it and comment to help others find the best way to Tamarack! Enjoy!

Staff was super friendly and helpful from obtaining tickets, gear store and lift operators. They were kind enough to charge my blue tooth head phones for me while I got some runs in. Easy layout so the mt. was super easy to explore and navigate! Had one corduroy blue bird day and one stormy pow day! EPIC! Highly recommend visiting this mt resort.

What a beautiful place. It was the off season so many places were closed. We loved it because it was peaceful and quiet. We were there for a wedding. The food served was just fair. Rice was mushy the chicken was rubbery tri tip was ok. Not what I expected for the famous Tamarack

Beautiful resort and lovely location for a wedding. We explored a couple different places here.
Had brunch at the Reserve—wild boar schnitzel was incredible.
Visited the osprey lounge and had great drinks.
Great coffee from the little coffee shop inside near the store and reserve.
Lovely wedding venue.

The location is beautiful as would be expected. They were struggling with staffing as many are during these challenging times. They have very significant operational issues that just can't be overlooked even with the beauty of the mountains. I would NOT recommend hosting or attending an event at this location until they get their operational issues resolved.
Prior to the stay the reservations were a huge challenge that included mix-ups; overbooking; and unauthorized charges all related to a wedding that was being held there. They charged my elderly mother's credit card $1,612 for a charge that

We stayed in a little cabin with our family. There was no AC, but it cooled down really well with the windows and fans. We had a private hot tub that we loved and we used the pool and huge hot tub at the main building as well. What an incredible location and a wonderful family experience! We used our boat on Cascade Lake right by the resort and used the ski lift to hike around. We LOVED it!!
