During the construction phase of our church, Mike Brennan and his crew performed quality work in a timely manner. Mike Brennan and his site foreman held and attended weekly meetings with the church building committee to keep us apprised of the progress of construction. We found Mr. Brennan to be fiscally responsible during this process and he was willing to be flexible in minor changes to the construction plans.

Brennan Construction is pleased to announce that we are one of the 2018 Minnesota Preservation Award Recipients of the Honor Award for the work we have done on the Carnegie Art Center in Mankato, Minnesota. Materials for this project were chosen precisely to integrate with this structure so as not to impede the historical significance of this 100+ year old building.
