About 15 years ago and more, we were getting our taxes done by one tax preparer, or tax company, after another, only to find that most of these companies hire seasonal workers who have little real understanding of tax laws or how to help their clients. They are taught basically how to input the clients' data in the software, and that's it.

Nothing is done in this office without her explaining why this is needed. She explains every detail of her preparation. Very prompt when she starts the process of preparing your taxes. Very persistent in getting from you what is needed for her to do the best job possible. I am referring my friends to Best File Tax. The name fits the service rendered.

Love, love, loved it! The friendliest lady I've ever met! Knows her stuff very well, on top of all, she took me in same day that i called, when everyone else seemed to be to busy. Ms Jasmin has been doing our taxes even when she worked for someone else. She does our taxes every year because she gets the most back in a tax refund than anyone we have ever used. Ms Jasmin will do our taxes for the rest of our life. She treats you like family. If I could I would give her a 10 ⭐ rating. We love her.
