Great location and very caring head nurse. Head nurse goes beyond the call of duty. Awesome customer service. Mask not required but suggested. No three or four hour wait to see the Dr. Appointment are required and patients are seen accordingly.

I have never had any issues with the staff, in fact I find them pleasant. Sure the Dr maybe straight forward, but who doesn't want a doctor to be honest and straight forward with you as a patient, if I have questions, he answers them fully and I'm completely satisfied with that.

If you don't want to spend half a day at the Dr, this is the place to go. Dr Seratto is brief, but to the point with my pain needs. Usually he's in the room with me less than 2 minutes. I have seen the Dr and been out the door before my appt time

Horrible bedside manner. Sarcastic and spends an average of 2 mins with patients. I terminated him today. I'm tired of feeling like just a number on his sheet.

I have no problem with Dr Serrato. Yeah he could work on his bedside manner, but I just spoke over him for the first minute of the visit until he was finished reading my chart, he listened to me and offered more than one solution. He is very straight forward, I like that. The only people that have issues with him are usually patients that don't follow the strict guidelines of pain management..
