I've had this company out to my house three separate times for jobs from landscape lighting, recessed lighting installs, to problem repairing horrible (and dangerous!) wiring issues from a pool company I previously used (IMO never use Shasta Pools, ever), and have been very happy. Very impressed with Simple Electric. Mike and his co-worker showed up on time and took the time to answer more of my questions before they started working. Mike took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that we were in the same page with my project. This made me feel very comfortable and I knew my project was going to be done correctly. Mike kept me informed throughout the project. Working with the team at Simple Electric was great! I needed to have a light fixture moved and a ceiling fan installed. Cash came to my home to discuss the project and provided a quote within 10 minutes! The quote was straightforward and their pricing was competitive. I called Ashley in their front office and was able to get a follow up appointment scheduled the same day and he retuned a few weeks later to complete the project. Cash was very communicative throughout the project and did a great job. I felt comfortable having him in my home and he did a great job cleaning everything up afterward

Once again this company came through. I had a smoke detector that was chirping and I couldn't get the smoke detector to come apart so I could check the battery. I called Simple Electric. I was given a window of 7:30-8:30. The electrician was here at 7:30. He changed the battery and the chirping stopped. No charge. I didn't expect that. I was prepared to pay the full rate. Wow! What a surprise. I strongly recommend this company. There is no up sell, no gouging, no fuss. They are fantastic. Thank you Simple Electric and thank you Ashley!

We got an EV, and we needed a home charger. The 120V charger included with the vehicle takes several days to charge from 20% or 100%. We needed a 240V charger.

I had the specs of the charger I wanted, and they showed up to verify that our wiring was capable of supporting the charger. So I ordered the charger from SRP (they give discounts compared to retail), and scheduled a return visit to install it.

Used to be a fantastic company, but I am unsure where they went wrong. I made an appointment nearly a month in advance (earliest they could do) and confirmed TWICE that they could do the job the same day they provide the estimate. Well, they couldn't. They didn't even really care that they couldn't either. So to help matters, I did a large portion of the job myself and when I ask it they can come back and do a simple part, they told me they can come in 18 DAYS. Ridiculous.

They always have a nice, organized person who does the scheduling and calls when the electrician is on their way. The prices are clear up front with written estimates and it seems like they're more than fair. They're always show up when they say they will and let me know if they're running late.
I had a little issue with a job they did and they came out and fixed it to perfection in a jiffy without getting huffy about it :). Everyone from there has been professional and friendly. Such a beautiful and unusual
