Pretty sad I have to come to hospital to get blood work done. Was told I had to be there before 4pm (and I was) then was told oh she has already left and I need to be there by 330. Mind you the same lady told me this. First you close on Saturdays then now you have to be there by 330pm. What are people supposed to do that work? And you wonder why people go out of town. Very poor personality also.

I dislike giving “bad” reviews and unfortunately this is one of them but necessary for others to be aware of what they’re getting themselves into.
The staff, for the most part, is nice but disorganized and do not communicate amongst each other. I was scheduled for an important test and upon my arrival no one knew who I was or why I was there despite giving them my name twice.
Later after I left to cancel what was supposed to be a follow-up appointment for said test, I got a call just before that was apologizing for the lack of communication on their end.

The main issue I had was not getting in or the overall process of the visit, it was what happened after the visit. We were waiting on time sensitive results and I could not get anyone to take my call. I asked nicely and explained the situation and asked that I not be put into voicemail and I was transferred to voicemail 3 times. Yolonda, specifically was very short and rude. The results of this test could have resulted in life threatening injuries and I had to call several times totaling approximately 30 minutes of hold time to get an answer from someone.

Husband who is legally blind had an appt @4:30 & I w work across the street and was there by 4:35. They would not let me go back since the exam had started (1st time this has happened). I called my husband because I also needed to get some keys for my mil, who was locked out of her house and is on oxygen . the Dr had not even been in yet. My husband brought me the keys (front office would not even go back to get them). No wonder they have such big turn around in the front office, not very accommodating. Next time I will tell my husband to not go back until I get there

My PCP is Dr Ellen Sinclair. She's just amazing. She is so friendly and helpful, she takes the time to learn about her patients and their situations. My sister had an almost fatal cesarean that ended with the baby not surviving but Dr Sinclair was amazing with my sister as well, so much so, she became her PCP as well. We drive from Leawood just to keep her as our doctor. I would definitely recommend her as a physician.

I've been going here all my life. Not sure who had the bad experience with Dr. Spratt but he's been my physician since I was a toddler. All the doctor's here are great and easy going. Definitely feels like a small town doctor's office where people care a bit more and actually remember their regular patients.
