I have used pink hammer a few times for small jobs around my house (drywall patches/repair, hanging large artwork, curtains). They have always been responsive, prompt and very helpful. They clean up the work area before they leave. Highly recommend.

I started with another contractor and they never finished the job so I was stuck. I tried another contractor with a national reputation and they canceled my appointment with the estimator for the job and never let me know. I found out when I was confirming the two jobs I needed doing. I canceled everything with them and started looking for a local contractor.
I found Pink Hammer on the better business bureau website since I had now had problems with getting professional help. By now I was very leary about having this work done, but Pimk Hammer made my life easy.

We had our garage sided and a fire-rated door cut down to a custom size and then installed. Bill did the work perfectly on time, at minimal cost for incidentals, and it came out looking great! We are very happy with the work and will use them again for future projects.

We left message with Pink Hammer and they responded the same day. Set up a day to come and recaulk our tub/shower area and install a curved shower curtain rod. Our repair person, Larry, called ahead to confirm, arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up and finished earlier than expected. Def would recommend. Thank you!!!

Contractor Bill is seriously amazing and so professional. Rebuilt our deck nearly from scratch in 2 days by himself and it looks amazing. No more shaking! Will request him each time. Handyman Paige was also super personable and professional, very happy he helped us out.
The only con: a heads up that interacting with office manager Judy can be hot and cold - definitely more responsive and pleasant on the phone when you have a big expensive job lined up and less responsive and helpful when you have a job she deems won't earn as much (and will even refuse to send out a contractor for an estimate

Terrible experience with this company. Sloppy work, and constant hand holding. A project that was supposed to take 2 days took a week. The office manager misquoted me and essentially told me "too bad you have to pay" at the end of all the headache. Contractors were unprofessional and were actually talking about us having issues with their bad work, in our own home! I ended up having to finish my projects by myself. What a complete game waste of money.

Gary was here today to replace some doorknobs, install deadbolts, replace a brick that had fallen off a corner of our house, and more. The work was perfect, there was no cleanup because he works super-clean, and he was very friendly and tolerant with our grandson's questions about everything. Highly recommended!
