Services
Typically orders will ship out the same day if the products are in stock and the order is placed before 2:00pm CST. We normally do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and therefore we can not ensure same day shipping on those items. Please contact us if you need to make any special arrangements or for any urgent orders.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on shipping to some locations, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
We'll notify you via e-mail with an RMA number and of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit.
We accept purchase orders from qualified customers, such as schools and government institutions. You may be required to submit a credit application. Please include your email address on the PO as we will send an email confirmation of the order along with tracking once it ships. Please note: Purchase orders are normally only accepted for orders greater than $100.
We sell three types of projector and RPTV replacement lamps: Original, OEM and OEM Equivalent. There is a fourth type we don't sell called a Compatible or Copy. The difference between these lamps is mainly due to the manufacterer of the lamp and lamp housing. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer.
