This is a terrible company with very poor customer service. They barely spend any time cleaning the pool. They say “woman owned” but look at the website...owner is a man. Really low to pretend a woman started and owns this company. Run from them.

We have had them clean our pool for the past 4 years and they have been great! They are very knowledgable and keep our pool in pristine condition. They are always quick to diagnose and fix any problems our pool has. I highly recommend them.

Can you give someone zero stars? Zero stars is what they deserve. Very poor customer service, up charges for every single nickel and dime tiny item. Not really woman owned, seems like just a facade. The owner is Ken, his daughter does the billing.

No, no, no! Don't hire this company. Awful customer service. They will act like you work for them. They claim to be woman owned, but the website shows the Dad is the owner and daughter does the billing. Our experience was HORRIFIC! Do not hire them. They barely touch the pool. In and out in 15 minutes.

We had 30 year old pool equipment that was failing in many ways, but could not afford to replace everything. Ken identified opportunities for some value engineering to replace the parts that were absolutely needed (heater), and make due with other parts that other pool contractors told me had to be replaced. It has been a month, and everything is still working great. My pool has not looked as good as it does now in the 17 years that we have owned our home.

I highly recommend these folks!!
