We purchased an 18 ft United motorcycle trailer from Victory Custom Trailers & Motorcoach a number of years ago. They have always been a wonderful service, customization and maintenance provider as our trailering needs changed over the years.
Recently we purchased a new Renegade Vera Cruz motorcoach in Florida. Upon traveling to Michigan from Florida we had A major electronic failure in the Firefly control panel. We had taken our trailer in for annual service and discovered they are Renegade sales and service providers.

They treated me so well that I did buy a new trailer from them and when it’s time to get another one I will buy from them. They carry the top brands only. My Husband and I purchased an entech trailer in May 2019. The trailer was not used until July of 2019. We noticed these odd markings underneath the clear coat of the paint. We had not touched the trailer, not even washed. it.. Spoke to Chris and showed him the trailer, he was going to contact the factory. I have never heard back from him. I left message for Chad, the salesman for someone to call back, NO ONE HAS! The factory told me they would charge me to fix it. What great customer service! Please beware! Beware of factory warranty and policies. Ask first! For the cost of a $37,000.00 trailer
