This company might be great, if you can actually rent anything from them. I called Big Tent Events 16 days ago and spent 2 hours (2 different days, 1 hour each) on hold waiting for a representative. I also left a voicemail message requesting a call back to book a tent, and I also sent an email via the website. It’s been 16 days and I still haven’t received a return call. If you are too busy or can’t support any more rentals you should just say so. Definitely lost my business.

Sent a quote Sunday 6/26/21 through their website; filled out all the information. No response, so we called 3 days later, Wednesday, 6/30/21. Unable to talk to anyone, so left a VM. Today is 7/1/21, 2:30pm, 4 days later, and Still no response from anyone here via phone or e-mail. This has guaranteed you will not receive Any of our party business this year or any in the future.

Big Tents was great to work with! Trinity and the team helped side wall our existing patio to give our restaurant extra patio life with the colder months. They provided a great ideas and a heater that heats up the area ! I would definitely, use them again for the future. Prices are very reasonable with outstanding service! Thank you!

We used Big Tent Events as one of our vendors for our "post-ceremony party" for our COVID wedding day and they were amazing! Everyone we came across were responsive and professional! Not only did they provide the tent, but they provided linens, tables, a bar, lighting, chairs, EVERYTHING! It was amazing. Our day would not have been what it was without them! And to top it all off, they were very affordable!

We had signed a contract with Big Tent Events to provide a tent, tables, and chairs for a graduation party that was scheduled for July 7th. The signed contract, which included delivery, set-up, and pick-up, showed a delivery arrival window of July 4th, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. On June 28th, I both received a voicemail and spoke to an employee who was calling to confirm the delivery and set-up for July 4th. In anticipation of getting everything delivered, we made it a point to make sure that someone stayed home the entire time during the contracted, confirmed, delivery window. After nobody

Used Big Tent to rent chairs & highboys for our daughters wedding in Chicago. Sharon was awesome to work with! We needed the chairs set up in the morning for the ceremony, then moved into the reception space upstairs, and then picked up same day. Everything was handled wonderfully. And when we were done early, we called to let them know, and they came and picked up everything earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend!
