My first review is below and it was excellent. We booked again and confirmed then were contacted less than 24 hours before our trip and Camelot CANCELLED us last minute. We had an evening in Savannah planned with guests and have to scramble for transportation at a busy time. There was no reason given so we can only suspect they got a higher fare than was quoted to us. :(
Michael was friendly and patient! Right on time, opened doors and knew where all our destinations were. A great way to enjoy a night out in Savannah!

We scheduled Camelot Limousine to help us with transportation for our daughter’s wedding day. James was so accommodating and helpful with which vehicle would best suit our needs, as well as helping me with all the details of the day. There were several pick up and drop off points throughout the wedding day, and with a tight schedule, a lot was depending on the transportation going smoothly. It was so pleasant to talk to the staff and make sure we were all on the same timeline. Our driver, Tom, was outstanding and so helpful loading and unloading the wedding party at all the different locations

I am gravely disappointed with my Camelot driver Michael. Upon pickup from the airport, I asked kindly if he would wear a mask due to me being extremely high risk. He refused. I then asked kindly if he would open the windows to the car, or at least crack them. He refused. Regardless of your point of view on the pandemic and the safety, when you're a paying customer and your driver refuses and then imposes his position on me, I am deeply uncomfortable and this service is beyond unacceptable, offensive and beyond rude by anyone's standards. Frank was wonderful. He kept track of our flight using a special app so he was able to meet us on time, even after several travel delays. He helped with our voluminous amount of luggage, stopped at a location separate from drop off to help us secure a car, carried all our bags into the house and offered water and a stop off to grab some food if we needed it. He was so helpful and friendly and professional and flexible.
We will use Camelot again! Frank was unbelievable. We highly recommend this company. 5 STARS!

Wonderful experience with both Camelot drivers. What a great decision to use this service instead of renting a car. The line for car rentals was ridiculous at the airport this weekend and I heard they were running out of cars even if you had a reservation. Our drivers, Tom and Joyce, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Highly recommend Camelot for their professionalism and making everything easy!

I highly recommend Camelot! They picked me up after a very late flight and drove me after midnight to HHI. They actually answered the phone when I called to check on availability. The car was beautifully clean and the driver was kind and courteous. You can't get better service than this. Thanks so much, Camelot!

Arlin Liss was our driver. From the phone call to request a car to the actual ride was excellent. I wish I remembered the lady's name I spoke with. She was quick on a quote and very informative on what I should expect. I received my confirmation promptly too. Which I'm always nervous when dealing with companies I haven't worked with previously. Arlin was prompt, professional, and friendly. The car was in excellent condition, new, clean and very comfortable. It was a 2 hour ride from Hilton Head to Charleston. I felt very pampered!

Camelot Limousine provides on-time, friendly top notch service. Yesterday afternoonI scheduled a car for a Bluffton to Savannah International Airport trip this morning. Getting it set up with Candace was a breeze. She was friendly and knowledgeable. At 8:15 this morning, as promised, Tom arrived to pick me up. The car was a spotless Lincoln SUV in impeccable condition. Tom made sure to assist with my baggage and drove safely and courteously. We had a great conversation that made the 45 minute pass easily.

Booked a car for my family from Hilton head island to the Savannah airport on a Monday morning. When I called, the woman was a little sassy (not sure who it was), but made my reservation for me, however did not follow up with an email that I requested. I then called back the next day to again request an email confirmation, and spoke to Judy who was very friendly and sent me an email right away. My Mom, Dad and I were driving down to Hilton Head, SC to meet my wife and daughter for a week at a great resort that my folks had used before.
My parents and I made an hour outside of Hilton Head and POOF! The alternator on my folks truck went out. (This was the diagnosis by the great AAA technician that was sent out).
We were towed to a local auto garage and I proceeded to rent us a car and figure out how to get the weeks worth of stuff in my folks truck to Hilton Head, since we weren

The positive is very prompt pick up and friendly driver. After that it goes down hill. DVD player did not work, no aux cable to hookup iphone/ipod to stereo, a/c can't be controlled from the back (has to either be full blast or not on at all), driver wasn't really familiar with the technology in the car so wasn't able to help when we asked questions.
