At end of June, the Gold Coast of Australia hosted two separate G-2 level international taekwondo tournaments, and Ara White from U.S. Best earned a medal at each one. At the 2019 Roma Grand Prix in early June, Anastasija Zolotic became the only US athlete to podium in sparring, earning bronze. U.S. Best Taekwondo Center was established in 1999 by Master Dennis White and his wife, Yong Mi White.
Working as a team, the two built the school from a rented room with 12 students initially to a state-of-the-art, 6,000 sq ft facility with over 200 current students. Student(s)(parent or legal guardian, if applicable) understand the procedure, training, and exercises involved in instruction and participation as explained to him/her by an assistant of the school may carry with it a certain amount of physical risk as in every other contact sport.
Come join us for Hapkido class and experience the benefits of hand to hand self defense. Hapkido utilizes various hand techniques, combinations, joint locks, and break falls to help keep you safe in almost any situation. Hapkido is an excellent addition to any martial arts training as well as providing excellent cross training for Taekwondo.
We will pick up your child from school upon dismissal. We provide a Fun, Active, Educational after school program including Taekwondo Class, Snack Time, Home Work Time, Movies and have a Large Fenced Outside Play Area. We pick up grades K- 5 and Middle, Monday - Friday with parents picking up children by 6pm.
Fun - Kids LOVE our summer camp. They love the field trips, team-building games, gymnastics, and world-class martial arts classes. That is why they return summer after summer. Structure - Our camp is well-planned and structured so that kids are always in a safe and nurturing environment, supported by our trained professional team.
T-1 Competition Team is composed of several State, National and International Medalists. T-1 is also host of current as well as past AAU and USA National Team Members. Our team members are dedicated to becoming the best they can be in and out of the ring day in and day out. They show their dedication every time they step on the mat.

Master Dennis , Mrs. White and the entire staff have been fantastic with our daughter. They are kind and caring to her. Also , they are a strong role model to her when needed on the disciplinary side of things.Whats right is right, and what's wrong is wrong. We as parents appreciate the role that they are filling, while our daughter is in their care..

BEST Taekwando school for my kids. We needed someone that knows discipline and hard work. Something long term that will help them develop leadership skills and self esteem. If you’re looking for easy and cute then this is not for your child, but if you want real Taekwando training and best sparring techniques —this it it! Also, we really really love the “team training” and I guarantee you that it’s worth every minute.

Our family is a TKD family. 5 National Championships, numerous state championships, and tons of hardware at home. We recently joined the U.S Best school after 6 years at another. The one thing we can say about Master White and the White family is this is truly a family. The athlete is placed first with healthy doses of positive reinforcement, sport specific play, positive encouragement, and challenges to exploit and shore up individual athlete's weaknesses.

My son had trained under Master Dennis for 13 years. Both Master Dennis and Mrs. White are wonderful. When my son left Florida to attend college in NYC, he was a 3rd degree Black Belt and twice Gold Medal winner at Jr. Olympics. I never had to worry about my son’s safety in the NYC, knowing he could protect himself. Master Dennis is a terrific teacher and a role model for his students. During my son's time at US Best Taekwondo Center, he not only learned the self-defense technique, but also self-control, self-confidence, be kind to others, and how to set goals and reach them.
