I have worked with SOS advertising multiple times on different order sizes and have never had an issue. They have always done an amazing job on the designs, customer service, and the printing. We have also used them for a letter party for my fraternity and they were extremely accommodating to our needs, even providing us with snacks for the event! Had an amazing experience at SOS. They helped me with the process to order 2,500 tshirts for an event at school, and the tshirts came out exactly as I'd hoped. They didn't charge extra to design them, and they kept great communication throughout the process. Great prices, too!

I love SOS! I've had to do multiple group orders for my sorority and I always go to SOS because the whole staff is incredibly helpful and really easy tow work with. They're more than willing to go over endless options with you whether it's the type of shirt, font, fabric, or color and always give you honest d helpful advice. They're definitely one of the more affordable options for Greek apparel and I love that they design a lot of their own fabrics themselves because you can't get it anywhere else! Good options for Greek letters...but horrendous customer service. Yelled at employees right in front of us, took multiple weeks for the order to be filled, and just a terrible attitude in general. Not sure if the owner/front desk woman, a young JMU alum, thought it was coy or cute to act that way in front of customers or employees, but it came off as childish and extremely rude. The multiple options for apparel are not worth returning to that. I will not be coming back.
