Any home that is being purchased or sold should be inspected, regardless of its age. Even new homes may have structural and mechanical problems that can be revealed by a home inspection. A home inspection is an evaluation of the home's condition. A thorough written report provides disclosure of visible defects and/or conditions that will affect the function of the home.

This was the most efficient and thorough home inspection I could’ve asked for! Greg made himself available within a very short amount of time to inspect a prospective home. He went through every square inch, and explained everything he did step by step. I was emailed a full report inside of 7 hours after inspection. If you’re looking for someone to protect your investment, look no further!!

Greg has inspected two homes for me now, 7 years apart. His first report was great and I referenced it even years later fixing little things he spotted here and there. This second report is just as good if not better. He's very methodical and thorough and doesn't rush, which leads to quality observations and attention to detail. We used Greg for a home inspection more than once. First of all, whatever time he gives you is the time he'll be there. Don't be late, he is [very] punctual.
After the first home inspection we knew he'd be the only home inspector for us. Very responsive and he was professional from the initial phone call to us receiving the inspection report. We had questions about the report, he took time to go over it and answer any questions or give clarification.
His job is to perform an actual inspection (duh) and he does it very well. Greg is detailed oriented and has a passion for what he does. It shows

Greg’s home inspection was thorough and complete. He had a plan and stuck to it in great detail. Through each step of his process he would stop and explain his findings on that portion of the inspection. I don’t know if it was his intent, but doing it in that manner made what could have been overwhelming much more easy to digest.
Although I don’t have any experience with other home inspectors and can’t imagine anyone with a better understanding and a better more user friendly process than Greg.

Greg was great. He recommended that we be present for the inspection. We drove 5 hours from our current home and it was well worth the time. He spent 8 hours throughly inspecting every aspect of our new home purchase. His approach was very methodical and systematic. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of build construction. Greg took amazing notes using a digital recorder and detailed photos. As he finished each section of the house we reviewed what was found. The report was emailed first thing the next day. It had everything we discussed in a clear, well documented manner. I would highly recommend
