Agreed to trade in and purchase price of new vehicle: then GM said vehicle was technically used since vehicle was held for another buyer and could not be issued with a warranty! Salesman asked if I would like to buy a two year warranty for $1800 to make it right? ' yeah I'd love to pay more for something that's normally free'

Great place to get your motorcycle!!! But let me say this, if you do go, make sure to see Jared Thompson in sales. Without a doubt this guy takes care of his customers. He believes in working for the customer first. I live two hours away and was able to communicate with him from start to finish though phone. When I was ready, I was able to make the drive, spend less than an hour with the final details, and drive away with my bike!!! Jared is so professional and went above and beyond to take care of me!!! Shawn was as proactive as a salesperson could possibly be. As soon as I walked in, he was there, on the spot, found out what I was interested in, and showed me every product we were interested in.

Called ahead to verify closing time before driving 30 miles to pick up my bike. Promised they would not close until 5. Arrived at 3:30. Doors locked and 4 people in the store who would not come to the door. 5 calls later Ben picked up to inform me that I could not retrieve my repaired bike because they decided to close early. Horrible service. Horrible selection. Would rather shop at Walmart than give them another nickel of business.

Excellent experience with Capital Cycle. We have been looking for a KX 100 for our son as a step up bike from his KLX 110 L he had out grew and mastered the bike. They waited for us on a Saturday due to being over a hour drive. The cost point with warranty out beat anyone around. We got home with the bike and there was a problem with the bike no fault of there’s. I even text Wesley that same night and he assured me that first thing on Tuesday it would be resolved. I purchased a new chieftain limited on December 3 2020 from this dealership and took it in for an oil change a week ago for the 500-mile first required oil change and after receiving my motorcycle back and leaving the dealership a car pulled out on me and I applied my rear brakes the ABS on my motorcycle locked up and caused the motorcycle to shake and slide. I immediately return to the dealership with my motorcycle. The technician stated that there was a dilemma with the ABS and he needed to contact the Indian main office for guidance on how to fix the problem. I left the motorcycle for the diagnostic

Just wanting to say the service department is amazing I went in for a warranty claim on a high lifter 1000 sportsman and honestly I thought the warranty company would claim abuse over warranty but like they say a warrantee is just as good as a dealer that makes the claim!! Tc was amazing and kept me very well informed the turnaround was a lot better than I expected I expected a month it was nowhere near that. I was also very impressed with the parts department when I called and ordered a few things against my repair order instead of having to pre-pay for them. Everybody at Capitol cycle is treating

If I could give them zero stars I would !!! Parts department is ran by complete incompetent people !! My son Ordered parts on a Thursday didn't have time to wait for them to arrive to dealership so he drive up to warehouse to pick up parts its was a 9 hour drive ! Got back to training camp and no all the parts He ordered were there ! Called Saturday spoke to parts department they reordered missing parts there fault no apology and or compensation for time or gas ! The parts were suppose to be in Monday which there closed so Tuesday My son makes the now 6 hour trip to Macon and gets back to

I purchased a 2016 Yamaha Fz07 in June which I sold a month later..I also purchased a Yamaha Extended Warranty for $1299.When cancelling the warranty I was told by Adam in the financial department.the refund would take 30 to 45 day's.Some weeks later I called asking about the status of the refund and to get clarification as to what was taking so long.I was told by him when asked about calling Yamaha."Don't do that,they don't like to be bothered" I called anyway and they were nice as could be.They said they had issued a check to Capital Cycle on 08-03-2016.I called again

I took my motorcycle to capital cycle to get my headlights repaired, they said it was a disconnected wire, and after the fix I ended up with a bad stator and battery. They would not fix what they broke. It costs me about $500+ to get their mistake fixed. I had the kawasaki Dealer on the phone while trying to get my bike fixed and he said that they where not going to help me and I should leave.

These folks are awesome. I was on-route from Florida to North Carolina when I had a flat tire 20 miies outside Macon. I called roadside assistance and the tow driver recommended Capitol Cycle. Since this happened after closing time, we left the bike at the service door and the driver dropped me at a motel. Took a cab the next morning, and much to my surprise, they'd already pulled the bike in the shop ready to work on. Two hours later I was back on the road again. More like CRAPital cycle. Called this morning about getting a new front tire for my k6 gsx-r600. Got home loaded my bike up to haul down there. Set out and about a mile down the highway gave them a call to remind them. It's 5:00pm on the dot when I call they close at 6:00pm so I'm trying to get there. Well the parts guy tells me they don't have time today, that it takes 2 hrs. To do a front tire. I can get all for tires mounted/balanced on my truck in that time That being said and if that's the case they need to clean the slate of mechanics and start over with more competent
