I went in because I was having a little trouble with stitches skipping on some fabrics. Yvonne immediately nodded and told me about using different needles. She showed me the needles, explained how they could help, rang me up, sent me on my way. She was completely CORRECT. I haven't skipped a stitch since! I totally recommend Whitlocks, and ALL their employees. THANK YOU YVONNE

We are fairly remote, in Alaska, with no previous long arm experience. Whitlocks was and is still very instrumental in our success with selling us our unit, supporting our setting up and total satisfaction with our new Infinity 26. Todd McPherson took care of all the details and his patience is beyond description. Be sure to check out Yvonne's online videos. She is a gem!!!! Took my Kenmore sewing machine to be repaired. The man look at it changed the needle sewed 2 or 3 lines on it and sent us on our way without cost for time or needle very kind and personable young man. highly recommend. He could have taken it and charged me a hundred or so for nothing. That speaks volumes for his honesty.

I needed to buy a new sewing machine, and tested machines at Whitlock's to help me decide. Maria was so patient and knowledgeable! I tried several, then went home to think it over. When I returned, she greeted me like a friend, and got my machine ordered right away. I'm head over heels in love with my new Juki.
When I had some trouble with fitting a needle for sewing denim, she and another staff member helped me troubleshoot, and sent me home with just what I needed.

I had something wrong with my sewing machine. I took it to see Chas Burke who I had sent some emails to explain to him what was wrong. He fixed my sewing machine in a few minutes and did not charge me for the work on my machine. I haven't had anything like that happen in a century. I will always use their company. Everybody go and see them. They are awesome. At least 10 stars. Thank you so very much.

This place has been wonderful. I’ve gone once before to purchase a foot pedal and power supply for a machine I had come across. I’ve been sewing masks for over a month now and I’ve been wanting a new machine. I remembered I was given one and I had it in my basement but there were missing pieces to it and it was difficult looking online to see what I needed. I was able to call them and send pictures via email and they got everything I needed to make my machine functional. I paid over the phone and they brought out the supplies for a curb pick up. Excellent service and great people. Purchased my HQ Amara from Todd. Quick delivery and set up. Todd made sure I had the basics of machine usage down before leaving and explained what he was doing while setting it up. So helpful and very patient! Love my new machine! From our first visit to Whitlocks to the pick up of our new Miele vacuum things went wonderfully due to our salesperson, Maria.

I purchased a Janome sewing machine for Christmas and received a complimentary lesson on the use of the machine. Todd at Whitlocks was great! He took the time to answer my questions before I bought my machine from him and then he came out of is way to set it up and give me hands on instructions on how to get started. It definitely helped me in jump starting the learning curve. He continues to patiently provide support after the purchase so that I can be successful in my long arm stitching. The ongoing customer service is appreciated and I would definitely recommend Whitlocks to another customer.

Just earned a customer for life. Our trusty vacuum was no longer doing the job despite a thorough cleaning, replacement of brush and fresh bags and filters. Getting ready to bite the bullet and get a strong but simple upright, and went into Whitlocks for some recommendations (have a beast of a dog that sheds like crazy). The owner Lyn McPherson served me, took the time to assess my needs and show me two nice machines that would do the job, and then some.
