Went to the hospital this morning with chest pain and left arm pain. Was told it was a muscular problem I needed to get checked as soon as possible at my primary care. It was stressed on how important it is for me to see this doctor within the next 2 days. I called sadler to make an appointment the woman was very rude and unconcerned about what I was going through. Wouldn't give me an appointment until December and when I asked what should I do in the mean time if the hospital is telling me to go to sadler to get my problem handled she replied basically saying it was not her problem. I have NEVER

Sadler has come a long way in the customer relation dept. When calling, you are generally greeted with a friendly voice which NEVER happened before so the change was much needed. The nursing staff has come a long way as well for the most part. There could still be some tweeking but all and all, Well done Sadler!

Doctor and nurses are great, but you can not get anyone to pick up the phone at all. Both my husband and I have been calling to get tested for covid for over a week now, we've both called multiple times a day, every day and we STILL can't get anyone to answer the phone. Looks like we'll have to come in to schedule an appointment.

This was the worst drs office I’ve ever been to! First off they don’t ever answer the phones, second the receptionist they have working there is very unpleasant to deal with. I had a dental appointment for an extreme toothache and all they did was an X-ray and told me they didn’t have an appointment for 2 months from now and they didn’t care how much pain I was in,only told me to take Motrin when I have multiple abscesses in my mouth and multiple teeth need taken out.So I decided to call a different dentist and they explained that I needed a referral from where I just was so again I tryed

Why is it that your employees never answer or hang up. It's sad when Carlisle hospital nurses laugh about your employees doing this. They are your frist contact with the public. Could say the face of your company. Yet they can't even work the phones. You have good doctors but yet hard to get to them or have anything done because of the front desk and phones. This is very very piss pore operation. What is wrong in there. Please for heaven sakes fix this it's the only real problem but yet going on for more then a year. Sad just so sad. I stopped trying just because of this but now that I have a baby

This is the only dentist where they don't look in your mouth.
2 trips where nothing was accomplished. It's very sad to see the state of our healthcare system. It's broken ... it's corrupt.
If you work here at this location you should be ashamed.
Yet here we are 2021 and we are suppose to think dancing doctors during a "pandemic" are the true hero's.
The sad thing is everyone knows this place is horrible but for some there is no where else to go.

Horrible experience with billing. I would give them no stars if possible. I've never spoken to anymore as rude as Billy Jones in my entire life. The first time I called, it was because my claim had been filed under an office visit. I went in for a physical for a permit and I was told by front desk that it would be under preventive care which is completely covered by my insurance. When I told her this the first time, she said that she would send in again as a preventive care claim. So I call my insurance company and tell them to expect a revised claim to go in. Then a week and a half later

The staff was incredibly fast and quickly signed me in. I did not wait even a full minute for the nurse to come and get me for my appointment. The doctor was wonderful (Dr. Miller) and very thorough. I haven't had good health care in years and it was a pleasure to be seen by an intelligent caring individual. On signing out, they were very cordial about dates I could not make and worked with me to better suit my needs.

I have a 4 month old son which I was taking to sadler health center in carlisle since birth. We have not been there since july of 2012 for my sons 2 month check up and 1st round of shots. We had a appt. for his second round of shots on sept 25,2012 at 9:15 am. I live about 30 min from there office in carlisle. My wife and I left our house with our son 1 hour early to get there, coming off the exit we hit stand still traffic going into Carlisle. We ended up being 4 minutes late for our appt. the lady at the front desk told us we would have to reschedule because we are late. She was very rude and
