My refi was supposed to close a couple of days after Hurricane Ida. The storm interrupted that, but Mike and his team kept in contact with me even as they evacuated the New Orleans area. They were prompt and professional, and they got me a great rate despite (gestures wildly) everything. They went to great lengths to get it done, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
