This has to be hands down the best product at the best price on the market today. I have shopped around and This is the number 1 deal. The customer service is off the charts. The owner even drove out to my location to hand deliver the tire tie downs and then loaded my new can-am for me on the rack. They stand behind the product 110% no question about that. Ask for the Deluxe Model and add the power coat to match your side by side. It really looks sharp. I am very happy with the product and customer service.

Had a great experience and got quality product from these guys. I bought a long bed 2/4 seater utv rack for my truck and it works and looks awesome. The welds are solid, the rack is sturdy, and the guys told me a date and had it ready on that date. I called mid October and they told me the first week of November. The 6” safety rails they include are a huge help for loading so you can hug the driver side rails since you’re blind on the passenger side. They also said if I have any issues in the next two years to take it to my local fabrication shop and they will foot the bill. Went and picked

I have to tell you about a place for tow dolly's in Santa Fe springs. Not only does German (the owner of company ) have a great product with several options , he I was truly a great guy wanted us to be safe plus cancelled an appointment on our behalf’s. We are new to the full time RV life and headed to Northern California from San Diego. Didn’t have anything set up for towing yet
My wife got there on time but i was at least 1 hour past closing.

This is an awesome trailer! I am so glad that I stumbled across this website while looking at a competitor's website. This is super easy for a single person to load and unload; I just drive right up onto the trailer and the wheel chock locks the bike in place. All I have to do is strap it down which is easy.

Thank you so much very pleased with the tow dolly and packaging was very professionally done it showed up with not so much as a scratch kudos to your packaging guys and very pleased how it tows great product and very well made made for a big smile on my face when it showed up. The dock guys at XPO logistics helped us unpack and remove a couple of boards so that we could hookup to the back of my car. I ordered my tow dolly online in Tucson, AZ and picked it up today at the company’s location in Southern California. German is the owner and I cannot recommend this place more. He personally explained how it worked, and took the time to actually hook up my tow vehicle to my motorhome ! Excellent customer service! I bought a 3 rail motorcycle trailer from German. He explained everything and how it would ship (LTL) to Oregon. The trailer arrived when it was scheduled and I picked it up a couple of days later (too hot otherwise). Because German assembled the tires and lights, I waited longer for the forklift driver to get the trailer than to unpack it and hook up to trailer.
Big shout out for upgrading to the Mamba tires too. They are sweet. The warehouse drivers were pretty interested in the trailer and how to order one too!

Posting on behalf of my sister Doris. She bought a 3 hauler dirt bike trailer and is EXTREMELY satisfied with the price and stellar customer service from German and his staff. As a first time trailer owner, German took the time to thoroughly explain the hook up so that I could haul the trailer confidently on my own. When I went to register it at AAA, they had questions on the specs and I texted German asking for help. He IMMEDIATELY texted me back with responses and I was able to register it successfully. WHAT. We drove all the way from San Diego to get a tow dolly from Tow Smart trailers for two reasons, one we saw they had 5 stars and two German made us feel confident in the product we were buying. After all was said and done we can honestly say we are beyond pleased with our experience. German was very professional and very helpful. Be ready for a shakedown. Messaged the company in their chat before making the 45 minute drive in my RV to verify they had the stand up dolly with no brakes in stock. They said yes. Visited the shop, Gerardo was there, gave me an out the door price for a powder coated, no brake, stand up dolly with casters. Told him I'd take it. Suddenly, it was out of stock, and I could only buy the galvanized version for $200 more. Asked about the returned one in the shop, he said that would be cheaper. After a quick text, surprise... it's not available either. The more expensive one was my only option

I have towed motorcycles many, many thousands of miles and did a lot of research before purchasing my tow smart dirt bike trailer. I rented my local u-haul moto trailer so often that the local store started referring to it as my trailer. The u-haul trailer is a great deal, only $15 a day, so why did I buy a tow smart?

I've been looking for a product like this at a reasonable price, I spoke to German and once I saw the trailer I knew it was quality. The trailer has enough room for 3 dirt bikes and fuel can which I installed Risk racing's can holders and fuel cans. With only a few trips with it I am super happy with how it handled and how stable it is. I hitch and unhitch by myself with ease. Stores into a small package behind my garage without much effort. Buying and using my Tow Smart stand up tow dolly was great. German had every base covered providing me with all of the documents I needed and answers to all of my questions. The trailer was setup and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. After a quick but thorough overview of the trailer I was back on the road in less than half an hour.
The trailer itself is great for towing my Kia Soul behind my 31' class A motorhome. The car loads and unloads on and off the trailer easily and securing the straps and chains is no hassle at all. Thanks German.

After considering the competition for a single motorcycle trailer, I decided to make my purchase from German at Tow Smart Trailers. It is every bit the quality as the competition at just over half the price. Love the machined aluminum rims, too. German and his crew were very professional and courteous and assisted me in getting the trailer registered with the DMV, effortlessly. Any question or concern I have German answers texts within a minute and he ALWAYS answers his phone . This has had to be the best gift I have given my husband! Absolutely love it, we have not had any problems with the trailer. Reached out to them a couple times before buying and the guy was very helpful and sent over videos and information so I could get familiar before buying. The price was very good I can not complain. The young man was even nice enough to deliver the trailer to my home so I could surprise my husband. Which was a plus!!! I purchased a 3 rail trailer from German at Towsmart. These guys know their stuff. The trailer was very well constructed and very reliable on a recent cross country trip from California to Nova Scotia and back with a Harley Road Glide in tow. I had bother German with multiple questions about the best practices for towing as well as maintenance and he was always courteous and answered my calls. I bought a Single Rail Trailer trailer for my Harley Davidson Street Glide. The trailer is easy to use, unfolds quickly, and is low to the ground, which makes loading and unloading my 900lb Harley easy and safe and it's a one person job.
