First, let me just say that I am beyond thankful for this company! I am TERRIFIED of spiders and this has been the worst year for spiders at my house ever! I couldn't walk on my porch without them running everywhere and chasing me! They were so bad inside my house that I was making my family miserable screaming, running, and making them kill and clean them up. LOL But in all seriousness, Todd did an awesome job! The prices are great and so was the service! He was very quick in responding and I haven't seen 1 spider alive since he sprayed. All I have seen are dead ones. It is totally worth the money

When I realized that I had huge European hornets living in my walls I stupidly tried to take care of them with a can of wasp spray. That was a bbbbaaaaaaddddd idea. All it did was make them mad and forced them inside my house!!!
I called Todd with 1st Defense and he answered on the first try. He listened to my problem and knew exactly what to do. Was very upfront about the plan and cost, which I greatly appreciated.
He showed up the same day I called him at the exact time he had promised.
He took care of my bee problem and asked permission before starting any treatments. I asked him a bazillion

1st Defense is by and large the best pest control company I have ever encountered. They were quick in their response and very professional. They offered top notch advice and shared useful tips and tricks to rid my home of rats. Plus they did everything they could to save me money in the process. 1st Defense went above and beyond in their service. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I highly recommend Todd with 1st Defense Pest Control! I was in search of an exterminator and he reached out to me. Todd was able to come out the very next morning and treat our wasp problem. He's very affordable and explained the process thoroughly. We are confident in his work and will have him return to keep our home bug free!

Todd did an amazing job explaining everything that would be done and everything that needed to be done. His work was amazing and also came with a 30 day warranty which is awesome. Todd's knowledge is what really sold me. This guy knew everything about every insect he found, from their specific names to what they eat, where they live and which ones you should be the most concerned with. Very knowledgeable, very affordable.....I would definately recommend 1st Defense to anyone.
