I contacted Mr. Castellano's office when I was confronted with a tax issue, and my original preparer had to be out of his practice for an extended period of time. I was not told I would have to make an appointment or that I would be charged a consultation fee as I suspect many firms certainly do. Mr. Castellano returned my call promptly just as his receptionist had assured me. He discussed my issue with me and suggested measures that I could take to help pursue a resolution to the problem. He was very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable! Even though I was not a client, he patiently took time
