In addition to other services of theirs I have used, this particular need was to clean 8 years of calcification on my waterline tile. They did a fabulous job. Drained the pool and used their special machine to clean the tile which does it with minimal dust and mess witching the pool and surrounding it. Following the job, the technician, Walter, cleaned our patio and cleaned the street in front of our house where the pool had drained. I highly recommend Pool Technicians for any and all of their services. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, skillful and personable.

We just had our 20 year pool redone by Pool Technicians. The experience with Denise and Jay the owner's was the best positive and fun project we have done in a long time. There was no up sales's and every part of the pool demo was on a schedule and Denise was always on site to check out the work being done. We also had new equipment installed and the technician Jayden was very knowledgeable and gave us so much information about our pool and equipment. In the desert to find a honest local family business is a rare. The pool exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our long term

Both Jay and Denise were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I bought my house last year and the pool needed refinishing. It was my first time owning and pool and Jay clearly explained and helped me understand what needed to be repaired and different cost options. I have Jadden come out to service/repair our pool a couple of times, most recently getting the pool light repaired. He is the most knowledgeable and capable pool guy I've ever met - and very pleasant too. Like most people, I've used several other pool companies that give fair or adequate service, but nothing compares to this company. Highly recommended!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Pool Technicians from start to finish were on time and very professional and that includes their office personal. The technician that came out to do the installation of new pool equipment was Jaden. Jaden was very professional and knowledgeable, he cleaned up after himself and walked me through how the new controller works and all of the features. If I ever need any pool work Pool Technicians is my first and only call.

Pool Technicians, Inc. is a great, GREAT company. I have a 40+ year old pool with hard to find replacement parts. PT's Technician Jeremy was able to fashion working parts from scrap! The pool is working perfectly. The price was much lower than I had anticipated. The service was professional, on time, friendly and very responsive. Also, Stephanie was always available by phone and a complete professional. It's taken me over 20 years of pool ownership to finally find a company that provides consistently excellent service!

My glass tile at my Palm Springs home had heavy hard water and calcium staining and these guys worked their magic removing it. Everything was great from my first contact calling the office to Jayden coming out to take a look and pricing the job, to the guy who cleaned the tile, and the owner and his wife who came out and sealed the tile. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I am very happy with the completed results. I would highly recommend them. Pool Technicians are fabulous. We highly recommend them. They cleaned our tile which had been damaged by our former pool cleaning guy when he used sand blasting to clean it. Pool Technicians has the best system for cleaning tile, no mess and it cleaned the tile up easily. Jay managed to restore the damaged tile and now it looks as good as new. He is a miracle worker with tile. Very professional!

Jayden, Jay and Stephanie have all been fantastic to deal with. Jayden performed our pool inspection as we were purchasing our new home and his professionalism and knowledge convinced us immediately that Pool Tech was going to be our go-to company for all pool repairs in the future. He came out twice more to perform repairs and final inspections and was fantastic each time. Stephanie and Jay helped expedite quotes and parts to ensure we held to our escrow close date with no delays. I rarely ever write reviews but I'm happy to do so for this company. 5-star service all the way around.

It was so nice to finally find a company that actually shows up on time, is honest and has very reasonable rates. Jadon was wonderful and fixed our problem so quick. He even checked the whole system for proper function, helped clean filters, unblocked the filter housing and was so thoughtful and knowledgeable.
