What a fabulous day, beautiful day, great captain, and met some wonderful people from Germany. Will recommend this trip to all our friends and maybe even our husbands, who decided to stay home! Lunch at Woody's was perfect. Had most enjoyable way on the ride down the canals at Sanibel. Seeing Dolphins along the way, beautiful birds and laying on the front deck.
Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Gulf of Mexico - This cruise leaves Salty Sams Harina and heads north thru Matanzas Pass, passing by the Back Bay restaurants Dock Fords, Matanzas, Nevis Nellies, and Bonita Bills. We then pass by the north point of the island, Bowditch Point County Park heading south down the island for a mile turning into the sunset.
We begin our journey heading north out the Matanzas Pass into the Gulf across to Sanibel Passing by the Sanibel Lighthouse, Pine Island, and Captiva. We can visit shops, island marinas, Mucky Duck is a great little unique restaurant on the Gulf Beach. On of the worlds best beaches, this is a 2 block walk from the marina, golf carts may be available.
Pine Island, Florida's Creative Coast, is just 30 minutes from Ft. Myers, but our secluded, small town atmosphere is a world apart! Heading north out the Matanzas Pass into the Gulf across to Sanibel passing by the Sanibel Lighthouse, Captiva and heading into St. James City on Pine Island for lunch.
Nestled within the islands of Southwest Florida is a tropical oasis known for its impeccable beauty and amazing wildlife. Escape to an intriguing island getaway where dreams become reality. Of course, we can't forget to mention our sensational SW Florida sunsets and star gazing in the evenings from your private balcony.

I'm only giving Brian and his boat one star because I have to in order to leave this comment. In one word disappointment. The boat was dirty and it was not comfortable for sunbathing. He didn't take us on the route we wanted he took us to an alternative and we sat at a restaurant and weren't on the water for almost 2 hours. The advertised time says 10 to 4 and he changed it to 9:30 to 3:30 without notice. Worst experience I ever had and I've hired many captains in boats before.

I booked a sunset cruise with Capt Brian a month or more in advance of my Ft Meyers trip. We had 6 girls and were excited to go out and see the sunset. I paid a $50 deposit beforehand. TWO hours before our arrival Brian cancelled our boat. Said something came up. I was not happy and asked what ? I reminded him I had booked a month ago. Then I got on the phone and found another company that would take us. He then texts me back a time. So we met him on the boat . He told us he was having fun on the Trump boat partying at the beach and didn’t want to take us . So unprofessional. His toilet was unusable
