When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our friendly customer service representatives who will get you checked in for your appointment. After checking in, you will be guided to our spacious waiting room where a veterinary assistant will greet you and take you and your pet to one of our three exam rooms.
Prophylactic dental care has become an important part in the overall care of our pets. Dr. Johnston includes a dental examination as a part of your pet's physical exam and can determine whether your pet is at risk for dental disease. Our dental cleanings include ultra-sonic scaling and polishing of all teeth, periodontal pocket depth measurement, and finally, each individual tooth is evaluated and charted for overall health.
At Towne Center Animal Hospital in Colleyville, TX, we are proud to be on the cutting edge of medical technology. Radiology is a technique and diagnostic tool that we use to look inside the body in an entirely non-invasive way. X-rays allow us to create images of all the body's organs. In other words, the use of radiology gives us a view of the internal organs in your pet's body that we otherwise could not see.

Y'all the staff here is so incredibly friendly. They showed genuine care with my senior kitty, immediately got to work trying to figure out what was wrong. Everything is clean and no animal smell. Dr and staff went the extra mile by sitting on the floor with her during the exam.

They are the most caring and loving people for my puppy! I feel very comfortable when I go there with him, they’re always friendly with a smile on their face! They recently did a neuter / cryptorchid operation on him and they did sooo amazing and took great care of him. Every time I’ve been worried about something, I just email or call them and they immediately respond to me very kindly and answer all my questions! Best vets! Recommend them 10000% , wouldn’t go anywhere else! They truly care about your best furry friend!

I’ve taken my baby, Blue here a few times now and this entire team from the front desk, techs, and doctors are the kindest, most caring, and professional vet staff I have ever encountered. They treated Blue and myself with concern and respect. They gave me options, stayed in touch through his care and treatment, and really made me feel comfortable leaving my baby in their hands.
If you want a vet team that is more about the care of your pet than the money, this is truly the place to take your fur baby. Affordable, available, and caring.

I can't think of a single thing Towne Center could do to improve our experience. Dr Johnston and his staff are very kind and caring and extremely knowledgeable. They never make me feel rushed and take time to answer all of my questions. Diagnoses and treatment plans are presented in an easy to understand manner. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to visit Towne Center Animal Hospital!

We highly recommend this place and Dr Johnson and his staff are amazing Very compassionate and caring We had to put our baby boy Theo to sleep due to a ignorant mistake I made by bringing home a Easter lily and he ate it which caused his kidneys to fail 😢💔 This was a very difficult and painful decision but Dr Johnson made it a lot easier due to his knowledge and explanation of every step. We couldn’t of done it without them PSA: NO EASTER LILIES around your babies it’s not worth it

I hadn't ever been to Towne Center Animal Hospital, but I needed to get my dog seen the same day and they were able to accommodate me and provide my dog with a much-needed antibiotic for an abscess on her face. The next day, the swelling had already gone down considerably. Dr. Chang and the team at Towne Center were extremely polite, professional, and kind to both me and my furbaby. I will definitely be returning and I'm thrilled that I have found my new vet! I highly recommend Towne Center Animal Hospital!

I agree with another reviewer. Dr. Correll was an amazing, heartfelt, personable, and gifted veterinarian! Unfortunately, he had to move which was awful news for our family. He had gone through a death of a poodle and his compassions pales to no comparison with any other. I also understand there is no other Dr. Correll.

Absolutely the best staff and doctor! I was referred to Town Center Animal Hospital by my vet, when my boxer baby developed a mass tumor. They got us in the same day for a sonogram and surgery was scheduled for the following morning. They were understanding of my many tears and made me feel confident my baby would do just fine. The doctor was very thorough and took extra measures to insure he was in the best health to handle the procedure. I received a call from the doctor before they started and again the doctors bedside manner was superb. I would highly recommended Town Center Animal Hospital

Dr Johnston and his staff are top notch! I am forever grateful for the love and care they provided to my black lab, Bailey. Putting my little peanut down was the most horrible day of my life. After having a terrible experience with a vet in Grapevine, I was desperate to find a new vet for my pup Lola. After hearing great reviews about Dr. Johnston & the Towne Center team, I decided to take Lola here for her annual checkup this past weekend. I was highly impressed with everything! I wish I would've taken photos of the waiting room and the exam room because they just redecorated with gorgeous photos of the cutest pets! Everyone on staff from the front desk to the assistants and Dr. Johnston were so incredibly patient and loving towards my anxious pup! They don't treat you

My dads dog goes here and has for years. Dr Johnston has been amazing. He takes the time to explain everything He also is open to holistic stuff when I approach the subject. The staff is the same as when the other vet was there. They are also amazing. The know my name and love Dude, our huge Doberman , as their own dog. It feels like family there! Can't imagine the bad comments- maybe they are just angry people!

This used to be owned by Dr. Correll. Dr. Johnston took the practice over and everything went downhill quickly. Prices went up. They actually charge to clip nails up clinic visit. I took my dog in for a tailbone injury. They didn't do their due diligence the first time around with examination, so had to bring back a second time and they charged for second examination when it was their fault for not catching first time. Front office staff is the rudest I've encountered. This practice is in it for the money. It's sad really. Won't be returning.

Dr Johnston and his team are phenomenal. I had half of my animals at a different vet before Dr Johnston bought it in 2016 when Dr Correll was leaving, and after having Dr Johnston and his team work on a couple of my pets health problems that were pretty significant, I was so impressed in their expertise on getting to the bottom of my pet's health issues, I starting moving all my pets over! I trust them completely :)
He truly is a personable doctor, explains to you in language you can understand so you do get what is going on with your pet's health issue and the care they will need

I have been very impressed with the genuine care provided by Dr. Johnston and staff. They are truly animal lovers at heart and treat my puppy like their own. I drive the extra distance because I know my puppy is in the best care. I highly recommend and suggest you give them a shot. From your very first visit you will know your furry family member is in good hands.
