One zone in our heating system has been bothering us for a long time. When the heat comes, it blows loudly and very forcefully. I explained it to Rick Bokowski and he understood what I was saying. He was able to adjust something to make it less forceful! He did the annual maintenance for the furnace and troubleshoot one of the dampers that had trouble close and opening! Most importantly, his charge was reasonable while being so nice and understanding! Thank you, Rick from Sandri

Do not buy any Vape Products or go to this store in general, unless it's for the Dunkin Donuts. They sell faulty equipment, and then tell you to call numbers that do not exist and/ or they tell you you can't exchange the product even though what they self you does not work. The cashier was a female she extremely rude, not understanding at all (it's not her money so why should she care). This also isn't the first time I've had the rude customer service representative assist me. I'm not sure if none of them likes thier jobs, but it sure seems like they're mad at the world because they chose that

When our Furnace stopped working. We called Sandri to come and fix it. They sent Rick Bukowski. He called to say he was on his way, but could be a few minutes. He came during a snow storm. Rick is a very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and what needed to be replaced. Rick was very professional and efficient. I give 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. Highly recommended.

As I write this I am in bed and the house is over 90 degrees in the middle of winter. It was going like that all day while we were at work, using up who knows how much oil and doing whatever damage to the system. A technician made a mistake with some installation and I came home to a house that was super hot. Then I sat out in the cold then in my car for an hour and a half waiting for this company to respond. What upsets me is the way they handled the situation. Up until now they did a decent job but today was a bumbling fumble.

I gave 1 star because I have to at least give a star... They aren't even deserve Negtive 5 stars.... Terrible service! They kept sending wrong person to my house and did not right. I used about 2 months to deal with them! And most important, the heating system has not not been fixed!!! Incredibly awful! Don't give them business and you will thank me!
