These guys have come to my rescue more than once. Twice now, my car doors ate my window and wouldn't spit it back up (different door each time). The folks at Carnell's go the part replaced for a very fair price both times and they got it done quickly. They are always polite and very professional, and they've very transparent about the problem and the process to fix it. I will always recommend Carnell's. These are good, honest, hard working people who will help you in anyway they can.

My experience with Carnell’s Collision Repair was fantastic! My car was badly damaged from a wreck a few weeks previous. I can honestly say I had no idea where to even start on getting it repaired but Carnell’s great and friendly service made the whole thing so much easier. They thoroughly informed me of pretty much everything they were going to do with the car and made sure it was everything I wanted and needed to be done. My truck was vandalized. Mr Carnell took the time to look over my damages and gave me a fair quote. He also relieved a lot of stress off of me by working with my adjuster directly . He help arrange a rental car during my repairs and took me to pick up my rental. I can see that he goes above and beyond for his customers. They fixed my car after extensive hail damage and paid for my rental car but the had my car for a month and a half and when I got it back the tint on 2 of my windows was scratched on one and bubbled up on another (because they broke the window and slapped some tint on it thinking I wouldn't see) and my bumper wasn't fixed so I had to take my car back in for an additional week to have the bumper and tints fixed. Also my front passenger seat belt won't adjust for height anymore after getting it back from them.

Carnell’s has taken care of my cars for over a decade. They have fixed everything from significant front end damage when I hit a deer to a cracked windshield. The entire team is respectful, helpful, and keeps me informed about my car. They always have a smile on their faces when you go in and that’s comforting when you are dropping off your car to have some kind of damage repaired. I needed my bumper repaired and after a little research and reading some reviews, I chose to have my insurance set up an appointment at Carnell's for my Honda Fit. I walked in and was greeted immediately and taken back to fill out the necessary paperwork. The young man that took care of my son and I was polite, good-spirited, and organized. We were in and out very quickly and I felt confident leaving my vehicle there. When I came to pick her up, they had cleaned and vacuumed the interior, buffed out many small scrapes and scratches on the exterior, washed the windows, pretty much detailed the whole
