I was road tripping to California and my heat shield came loose. I needed to get it fixed first thing in the morning and they were able to take me right at 7:30am and fix it within 10 minutes. And then on top of it they didn’t charge me at all. Great customer service and friendly staff. If I’m ever in Nashville again I will definitely be coming back!

This is a family run business that is extremely well run. They take excellent care of their customers. Their communication is amazing throughout the repair process. Charles quoted my repair which was a fair estimate considering what had to be done He stated it would be 4 to 5 days. Emailed updates throughout the week. On the 5th day they emailed and said my car was ready. Honestly my BMW never looked better They did an impeccable job on matching the paint and clear coat

I was in a hit and run accident (not at fault) and did extensive research to see which body shops in the Nashville area were the best. Childress has the highest ratings around, so I decided I would take my car to them. I have an older vehicle, a 2003, and it needed a new front bumper and an interior dash panel. My insurance had given me an estimate and was going to cover the full cost. I called Childress and they told me they were backed up for 6-8 weeks (wow!) but my car was drivable, so I figured it would be worth the wait.

Unfortunately I ran into the side of my garage on Monday morning with my right mirror. Fortunately, I called Childress Collision Center and they were able to check it out immediately, get it ordered, and I had a new one on my car within 48 hours of the incident. They were super responsive, very quick, and really friendly. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I need any car work done, I'm definitely going back!
