Master Stitch was born in 2006 in a bedroom in Lois and Bob Malone's home in the Rogue Valley with just one embroidery machine. Lois had been working with her husband Bob in his business when he heard about custom embroidery. Bob suggested that custom embroidery might be something that Lois would be interested in doing.
So she began her research. The more she researched, the more she liked the idea and thought she might be good at it. We began researching all types of embroidery machines and decided on the Melco Embroidery System. We decided to purchase it and get started. At the time, the company had training centers across the United States, so we went to southern California to be trained on the Melco Embroidery System for several days.

At Master Stitch, in addition to offering embroidery and screen printing services we can also design your logo to represent your business.
Customer supplied apparel is generally not made for embroidery, therefore we cannot guarantee our work on customer supplied apparel. There is a charge of up to 50% more on this type of apparel vs our apparel. Also a waiver is required that if our machines malfunction, we are not responsible for damage to the apparel.

I'm the HR person for Medford Water Commission. We placed an large order with Lois at Master Stitch. She helped us develop a specialized catalog just for us, where our employees were able to choose the items they really wanted. Lois was professional and personable during the entire process. We received our order promptly. The items from her catalog are of great quality, and her stitching work was amazing! Very professional looking. We've had many comments from our employees of how pleased they are with their personalized logo'd items. We will happily use Lois and Master Stitch again.

Master Stitch is quick and efficient.. We needed some shirts by Christmas for the new logo and Whala! Done! Professionalism! Master Stitch is also looking out for my pocketbook on a continuous basis. We were in a pinch and needed branded clothing quick. Our Foursquare Homes Crew was going to take a day off and participate in the Builders Classic Golf Tournament sponsored by BASO at the Eagle Point Golf Course. We wanted embroidered shirts and hats but thought there wasn't enough time. We called some screen printers who turned us away due to our time crunch. We then crossed our fingers and called Master Stitch. They said they could do the job no problem! We needed the branded clothing by Thursday and they had it done by Tuesday! Early! Lois has been doing my work for almost 3 years. I own a small business and shedoes all my uniforms to make me look good in front of my customers. I have been very satisfied with the work she does.
