Services
Tents protect your events from the elements, including the sun and rain. We offer tents in a variety of sizes to accommodate guest lists of up to 3,000 people under a single tent. For larger capacity events, we can combine tents of different sizes to accommodate an unlimited number of guests. We also install semi-permanent and permanent tent structures and shelters to meet a multitude of needs.
The party pole tent is the most popular choice for lawn parties, weddings and corporate affairs. They require precise staking around the perimeter, and they feature center pole supports, which can be used to hang lighting and other decorations. We can construct these tents in a variety of sizes up to 20,000 square feet, which will cover about half the size of a football field.
Our frame tents offer the most flexibility when it comes to setup. These all-white tents have no interior poles, making them the perfect choice for events, such as weddings or concerts, which require a center aisle or an unobstructed view. Frame tents can also sit flush against an existing structure, such as a garage or sliding doors, and can often be erected over decks and patios.
Our clearspan tent is the coolest tent on the market. The clean, finished look of this system makes it a preferred choice for all major events. Our largest size combinations would cover an entire NCAA basketball court and will certainly accommodate your guest list. With the clearspan system, we also offer custom options, including doors, clear sides and pleated silk tent liners.
Tent accessories such as tent liners, environment management equipment, and lighting take a plain, ordinary tent and turn it into an entertaining space worthy of your event. At Toledo Tent, our accessories list includes everything from flooring and staging to table top accessories such as vases and votive holders.

What great service by Toledo Tent for our office Holiday Party. They supplied the tables, chairs and linens. Delivery crew Randy and Dustin were on time and took special care to make sure everything was clean and set up properly. They are great representatives of Toledo Tent! I will be sure to sue them for all of our firms rental needs!

I am genuinely pretty happy with my experience with these guys! We worked with Greg, Steven, Chris, and Brian. They helped set up a tent along with tables and chairs in my family member’s backyard for a belated (and socially-distanced) graduation party of ours. They arrived on time, their attitudes were positive, they seemed dedicated to helping make this a special event, and they worked quickly and in an organized manner. We used Toledo Tent for our wedding 9/5/2020. Drew was great to work with and super helpful in identifying all of the rentals needed for our day. I had called multiple times to change things due to our guest list count changing etc and Drew was always very accommodating. I would recommend Toledo Tent for all future brides needing tent rentals or for any other event in general!

We worked with the Team at Toledo Tent several times this summer and EVERY time they EXCEEDED our every expectation....Randy, Mashi,Stephen and DREW were TOP NOTCH.
