I’ve had my Culligan water softener for 2 years. Service has been excellent. Service men are always very polite, willing to answer questions and explain what they are doing and why. Anytime I have had a concern they are quick to send someone out to diagnose the problem and fix it if necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Worst division to deal with. Such a hassle to schedule an appointment with, will not work with customer. Office person cannot understand logic of scheduling when tech is running late. Tech was running late to my appointment. I asked to be moved to last appointment of day and she said can't do that because he is late to everybody. If I come out then the 2 appointment behind me he would be on time to them. she could not compute that. Their office is 10 min. from my house. You can't tell me he does not come by the area almost every day. Horrible horrible horrible service. This has been an ongoing

We have horrible iron water that smells like rotten eggs. Jason came out and figured out what we needed to do to the water to make is usable. It is not only usable but it is better than the city water we had at our previous home. Culligan worked with us to figure out and tweak the equipment needed. They even came back and added another filter to make the number of filter changes be on a good schedule. Levi the tech who comes to change out our filters is great to. He came and changed out a filter early than scheduled because our water slowed down. Both gentlemen are knowledgeable and considerate
