Absolutely amazing service and quality of the job done. We had a dead tree in our front yard and needed to get it replaced with a new tree. After a couple of different price quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Garrett and now have a company we will use in the future without even looking at other options.

We hired Garett Tree Service to remove 3 palm trees that got nuked by The Texas Freeze 2021 plus to trim a few branches on a tree in the front yard. The pricing was competitive and TC, the owner, is a pleasure to do business with. He knows the importance of quality work and good customer experience. He ensured that the job was done right. I called TC in a panic after the neighbor texted that a very large limb fell off my parent's tree. Neither I nor my parents were able to get to the house to assess the damage.
TC had his crew on site within the hour, and the limb and tree were taken care of that same afternoon.
TC has the most kind, calming, and professional manner of speaking. He made what could have been a stressful and cumbersome situation a breeze from start to finish.
Afterwards, even the neighbor was so impressed that they are going to use GTS to trim their trees.

"I am so happy my neighbor was using this company one day and that I walked over to get a card. Talking with TC was amazing....So nice!!!! They came out a couple days later and did a fantastic job!! Did a good job thinning out my large oak. You can tell professional jobs from DIY's. After some point my little electric chain saw was no match for this tree and had to call someone in to clean it up. Now I will get more light and water down the yard as well help protect the tree from hurricanes and other high wind speed storms. Some people let their tree grow into the ground or worse, let it make contact with the roof. If you're a homeowner with a tree this is eventually something you will need to do and after seeing the results here I think I'll use them again.

Very satisfied customers!!!! We wanted to get our large oak trimmed of all the dead branches before "hurricane season". Plus the two tall oaks in our front yard also had several dead branches. They were in desperate need of cleaning. I called 3 Tree Service Companies in the Cypress area. Only one GARRETT TREE SERVICE answered my call and he was over in two hours to give me an estimate. TC's price was more than fair so we hired him to start the very next day. When we returned from work we were stunned at how beautiful the trees turned out. And they picked up every little twig

I chose this service because I wanted to support my Cypress community but got so much more. T.C., the company owner, is so friendly, fair and accommodating. I got great service at a fair price and when the workers (nice guys too) we're done, they had cleaned up my yard so we'll that I would not have known they were there. My yard looks so much better.

Garret's Tree Service was a surprise. I have been disappointed in the past by other service providers promising excellent work but upon completion I am less than pleased. I called Garret's Tree Service because I saw all of the positive reviews and because we have an incredible tree that looks like it's right out of a fairy tale in our front yard. TC answered the phone and came right out that afternoon. He explained how he would not just chop off the branches but sculpt the tree to uncover and enhance its true beauty.
