Services
PRESSURE REGULATORS are used to regulate the incoming pressure of water to your home, pool or irrigation system. Typically, they are located outside the home where the plumbing enters the residence, next to the main house valve and hose bibb. They can be adjusted to the recommended operating pressure for the relevant application.
A WATER HEATER should satisfy your hot water needs while using as little energy as possible. The standard size water heater is 40 or 50-gallons. The capacity of gallons should be based on the number of occupants, not the size of home. The peak hour water demand, the number of faucets, sinks, and tubs should also be taken under consideration.

Called them on a holiday weekend and the guy showed up very fast. I would recommend this company over any other out there, and I've had 2 others here before. The gentleman was courteous, knew his trade, and was very helpful in identifying why we were having a problem and what we could expect in the future with the age of our plumbing. I wish I had caught his name, because his company should know what a great ambassador for thier brand he is. He was the on call plumber on 7/3/21. I can't say enough how happy I am to have gotten such great help!!!

Outstanding customer service from the initial call to the completion of the job. And upfront, very honest and fair pricing too. The inital call with Lauren was professional and pleasant. I explained what I wanted done and she gave me a quote over the phone without hesistation unlike other companies. I subsequently agreed and scheduled the work to be done. Day of, the technician, Arlee, arrives. He was very friendly, professional and went straight to work. Did the work as agreed and also had him do a couple of other items that came up and had no problem addressing it right there and then

I would recommend Van Rooy Plumbing to anyone. I have used them many times. They installed a new RO system, fixed a major water main leak, installed a new dishwasher, and replaced faucet cartridges in both of my showers. Soon I'll be calling on them to install a new water softener. They are honest, fairly priced, and do excellent work.

Called in the morning requesting a service call for our companies RO system that had a leak. We had a plumber at or shop and everything fixed within a couple hrs. Called Van Rooy over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend with a leaking pipe in the wall. Lauren made us an appointment for Monday. Mike showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to come back the next day to complete the repair and showed genuine care and concern for our home. He was friendly and thorough and the invoice seemed more than fair.

We had one the big corporate plumbing companies called out to our rental for a backed up kitchen drain. We were told it was collapsed and had to be replaced to the tune of $18k.
