My partner and I are first time home buyers and we’re looking for people who are understanding and accommodating to our needs. My partner put us in touch with Susanna to view a couple homes and it was pretty okay, she didn’t have much to say about the properties we were interested in. The worst experience ever renting a property under management of Mr Martinez. We requested our security back and Creed Realty never responded. The property was cleaned professionally, and pictures were sent. He never met to do the walk through. Never provided us the walk through list and didn't show up on the day scheduled. We hired a maid service that did a move out cleaning contract. Creed kept our deposit. That's not how you do business! Creed Realty was the sellers agent for a home I purchased in July. Due to the very poor knowledge of the flow and timing of the sale, first the realtor caused the closing to occur 2 weeks after it should have. Also, he forgot to order a termite/moisture inspection until 2 hours before closing. Long story short I am still dealing with the repercussions of this, namely trying to get the moisture damaged fixed. The most appalling thing is the moisture company told me the sellers realtor told them to pass the house, even though it was blatantly obvious there were issues. The realtor was shady, and

Visiting my in-laws in Virginia Beech, and Jason Houser just argued with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law with their realtor. They had an appointment and Jason and his clients went over their time, so Jason became worked up and lost it, in front of his clients and the other realtor and clients, as much as even slamming the door, in front of his own clients. Wow! This level of professionalism is mind blowing!

This is a review for agent, Brian Lacey.
Could there be a more rude, arrogant person? I am in sales, and as such would never speak to a potential client the way Mr. Lacey did to me today.
I called him to get help making an offer on a property. He immediately started giving me his bio. and not letting me speak.
When I tried to get to what I called him for, he hung up on me.
What an a__.
Go elsewhere. There are lots of agents who want to help people.
