We love the ocean and beach vacations so much we made the decision in 1989 to become condo owners. Family Vacation Rentals, Ltd was started in 1991 with one unit next door to the Maisons~sur~Mer at A Place at the Beach IV. We have now grown to 13+ units to manage all at the Maisons~sur~Mer. This has been a very rewarding job and we really enjoy helping families with great vacations and lasting memories.
The view from #901 is spectacular from it's oceanfront 9th floor. Three balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the guest bedroom and kitchen. Another large balcony also connects the kitchen, living room. The 3rd balcony is in the master bedroom.
The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal system.The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen size beds.

The $400.00 deposit is part of your total rental fee. The balance of your rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to your vacation. After we receive your deposit, we will email a receipt and rental agreement with instructions on sending the balance of your rental fee. All door locks are keyless. When your final payment is received we will ask for a 4 digit number, maybe your favorite number or something you will always remember.
