Last Tuesday, Justin told my realtor that the earliest he could do my home inspection was Tuesday of this week. Justin then sent me an email with an agreement to sign and money to deposit (upfront!) for the inspection, saying that if I didn't complete it, the inspection date was subject to change. READ YOUR AGREEMENTS WITH THIS COMPANY THOROUGHLY. Justin TOLD US that the inspection was going to be Tuesday, but when we showed up, after I had already taken off work and we had driven in far from out of town, Justin wasn't there. Justin was great. He walked me through the process and communicated everything clearly. The company has a personal feel to it, as opposed to working with a large corporation. The report was easy to read, organized, and included photos of everything. The photos were a huge plus in the report. Given the opportunity I would work with Justin again.

Excellent customer service. Performed home inspection during the process of buying a home. Was able to highlight many issues both large and small that might have gone unnoticed and cost alot of money down the road. Also talked through the very detailed report to help explain problem areas in greater detail. The inspection report included pictures and detailed descriptions, very effective presentation. Would highly recommend.
