Compliance is good. Customer service and their ticket system is very, very frustrating.
Any experts help needed, you must go to a highly paid 'partner'. Some partners are good, some are just there to make a quick buck, and than their gone. You find out what they forgot to do weeks, or months later. We has an accounting person 'partner' who could care less about providing us what we needed. So caveat emptor applies when picking a partner. Try to pick out a field that is on screen, and put it on an alert, report, or form .. good luck. Sometimes

The software is great with all kinds of productivity bells and whistles. For a long time it was reliable, flexible, and efficient. The software is hosted on the company's servers and therein lies the problem. Starting late 2014 users found themselves unable to log in for long stretches of time intermittently. For software that serves 24/7 JIT business the lack of access is a killer. We've had shipments delayed due to an inability to use the software at critical times costing thousands of dollars. We had an entire day without use once. Today we are experiencing our fourth hour with
