Stan came out to replace my gas fireplace insert. I have previously called another company and they never showed up after waiting for two days. I was able to set up my appointment with Stan's Fireplace on line. I felt very lucky that I was able to find someone with the following qualities: honesty, dependable, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He was very neat and clean with the installation and took time to explain the remote controlled thermostat.
