Now in our 33rd season, PSG singers experience the challenge of mastering complex and exciting music; make lifelong friends in a unique musical community; work with world-class choirs, composers, and conductors; and perform beautifully. Singers in four ensembles (Debut, Intermezzo, Premier and Encore), ranging in age from 5 to 18, travel from the greater Portland metro area and SW Washington to participate in Girlchoir's comprehensive choral music program.

Thank you for your devotion, discipline and passion in bringing We Are A Choir, (and some of you, as many as four other works) to life! This has been an amazing journey, full of thoughts, ideas, feelings, and, hopefully, a great deal of fun! Our challenging, eclectic programming of diverse repertoire and commitment to commissioning new works, 42 to date, by distinguished composers sets Girlchoir apart in the Portland music community and beyond. Each Girlchoir concert surprises and delights our audiences. PSG continues to expand the treble repertoire for youth chorus by commissioning outstanding composers and premiering their work.
