MEMO Bill Payment agents can accept both contracted and non-contracted bill payments depending on the state they are located and that state's biller list. Today, MEMO Financial Services, Inc. operates in 20 states, representing a diverse group of retailers, including supermarkets, convenience stores, check cashers, university book stores, insurance agents, dollar stores, pharmacies and travel agencies.Through the years, MEMO expanded its product suite to include walk-in bill payment services and prepaid transit services.
You can pay just about any bill from utilities, cell phones, car payment, to most major store cards and credit cards through our MEMO Bill Payments system. Take your bills to any MEMO Bill Payments location along with the amount you are paying, plus the convenience fee. The convenience fee for paying each bill generally averages $2.00 however, certain billers require higher or lower fees be charged by MEMO Bill Payment locations.
The Prepaid Transit card can be used for travel on ALL SEPTA modes including: Regional Rail, Buses and Trolleys. Customers can purchase a card or bring their previously purchased card to a MEMO agent location to reload instead of asking for a dated pass or a packet of tokens. SEPTA has estimated that over 1 million cards will be issued each year to accommodate the sales of over 5 million SEPTA transit passes.

Horrible customer service and the agent hung up on me. I would reccomend you get your money orders from the postal service or Walmart. Memo company sucks

Sent a money order from them to my son in Missouri, No place will take it after checking the website it says agents in 20 states, customer service was very rude and basically called me a liar. never agin
