Dr Mathew Walker and his nurse had a poor attitude and was extremely rude. Refused to treat me and tried to force me to take a test for no reason at all. I have no symptoms to justify taking the test. This kind of actions are not tolerable. If people don't stand for their civil rights they won't have any in the end. I have a extremely large amount of pain due to a flattened cervical cord in my neck that causes problems that won't let me get a good night's sleep, numbness so intense it hurts, lose of grip in my hands that causes me to drop things and unable to work.

Orthonuro Pickerington group visit was not to be as expected. Love Dr Kerr who is not with group anymore however I had an appointment today that checkin was not handled appropriately, everyone hearing my business for something that should or thought it was taken care of prior to visit but what upset me most was that I was there over 45 mins with appt at 8am and past 830am when another patient just checked in and went back before me. If I was late I'm sure 10-15 mins they would have rescheduled appt and probably charged an office visit fee. Plus woman at desk with really greasy hair had me

I absolutely love WV OrthoNeuro! The doctors and staff are so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I have had several surgeries with different doctors and they have all been wonderful. Dr. Christians is absolutely amazing and explains everything so that you can totally understand the situation, which is no small feat, when discussing the spine and nerves. This place literally saved my life. The staff at the office is awesome as well. Dr. John Orphanos is a terrific Doctor and skilled surgeon. The Dr. removed a tumor from my spinal cord and seven months later I’m doing much, much better. Dr. Orphanos is also a very amicable and nice person, who treats his patients with respect and dignity. I can’t recommend him enough!

I was seen by Dr Harmon for a second opinion for a previous diagnosis of a completely occluded left Distal Vertebral Artery as read by a radiologist & different neurologist. Dr Harmon examined me & noted that I appeared to have no symptoms. Dr Harmon drew pictures & discussed the Risks of placing a stent in that artery & felt the surgery should only be done in an emergency situation esp bc I was Not symptomatic. As I was leaving the parking building, I received a call from him personally. He told me to wipe those pictures he drew out of my mind. He took it upon himself to View the films of my brain

I would highly recommend Dr. Comisar and his staff at the Ohio Health Medical Campus in Pickerington. His medical assistant was great and also his secretary. The central scheduling department was very friendly and knowledgeable about where I needed to go in order for both of my insurances to be accepted. Appointments were timely and my shoulder feels amazing after the cortisone injection. I am hopeful that I will not have to have surgery!

The medical staff was great! The billing staff was HORRIBLE! I was referred to Pickerington Surgery Center (PSC) for a diagnostic colonoscopy. I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. I was originally given an estimate over the phone from PSC for $1200. When I went in for my procedure, the estimate was $1700. I spoke to them about the difference and no explanation was provided. After the procedure, I was receiving bills from the doctor, from the Surgery Center, from the labs, and from the Anesthesiologist. It was overwhelming.
