From Briar in Sales to Kerry in service excellent and from a family that replaces two vehicles with new every 2 to 3 years this is by far the best dealership we have ever been to in every aspect especially Briar not pushy, completely helpful, and knows his stuff for explaining new options to my wife that guy deserves a raise... Sold a vehicle with tons wrong, told me an old guy would have never found the issues i did thats why they didnt fix them. Also didnt put price on buyers guide which makes the deal void. They offered to buy the truck back but not reimburse me for any expenses caused by owning the truck or the 5 seperate times i had to drive 3 hours to go to their store. Hoping these guys go under the tech is awful

Always have been happy with the service. Last time in I did a tire rotation, the rear tires were wearing and put to the front and nobody said a thing. I took it to Farm & Fleet it turned out that the rear tires had been set up with both tires turned slightly to the inside. I had to rotate the tires back. They said that the tread depth was .3 on the inside of both rear tires and .6 on the outside. I have done all my service for this car at the dealership and believe that this should have been caught in the inspections.

From the minute I entered the door, I was greeted by James and was treated royally.
The whole process went quickly and Patti in finance was courteous and gave me different options. The tank was filled. I could not be any happier than buying from Nels Gunderson Chevrolet I will be back again. It was worth the drive.
