Look at the reviews on their website, they are all catered toward the seller/renter. I would avoid any rentals from this company as they may start off well enough but when it comes to moving out, they are very uncooperative. They refused to give us a pre-move out walk through which was requested several times over the last month of our tenancy. They refused to return our security deposit and would not furnish a detailed receipt of the charges. Both incidences above are a breach of the California real estate law. Hard to pay rent due to not accepting zelle or other forms of payment . Office is far away from rentals . The property I rented was in horrible shape but good monthly cost . I decided to clean it up and then moved a year later . I'm waiting on my deposit return but not expecting much back because they seem like a greedy company . Very bad communication between staff and they were closed twice during office hours . I would never work with this company again .

Its not an easy process to find a place to rent when you are a single parent. They require you to send a copy of your ID over email in order to remotely view a property. I do not know this company. Sending personal data like that over email especially to someone you don't know over email is extremely insecure and unsafe. I called on a Thursday, and they said that I could come in to verify my ID and receive the code. They specifically told me their hours; that they are there from 8-5 Monday through Friday. I wrote it down that way. I drove 2 hours from Los Angeles after I got off work (cuz people work during the day) and arrived at 4:30 only to find out that they were

Poor communication, poor customer service, so hard to get anyone to return and email or a phone call. If you get frustrated through those channels you can't even go into the office.
They are dealing with people's homes, and simply you should be able to reach management in an emergency. Not only does this effect tenants it effects owners, if there is an emergency in the home the owner wants it fixed in timely manner too!
