The worst company ever. If you want to get your jobs/ projects in trouble and if you want to drag the job for longer then try this unprofessional company with unprofessional staff. They don’t know take off, design, and worst deliveries. I hope I can help people by this review and at least save them from headaches before they get into that point.

I contacted Associated Truss and Lumber to get a price quote for wood roof trusses for a garage project and sent them detailed drawing to make it easy for them to understand the design of the trusses. I never received a quote for trusses from them, however, I later ordered a lumber package through my framer. They delivered the load on time and then came out again to deliver a few more materials as needed.

Absolutely the worst service, no one said anything when went into office stood there at the counter with two people just looking at me at the counter. 3 ladies in the back sitting there talking didn’t care to help either. Then no one in the lumber yard was interested in trying to help or go get the lumber once we finally got our ticket. Will never be back and would not advice this place to anyone.
