They bought my childhood home from our previous landlord and immediately increased the rent so drastically that my elderly parents are being forced to relocate. Their company name sounds like a villain organization from a poorly written comedy, and their actions suit that theme perfectly. They are slumlords that will, unfortunately, end up owning most of Northwest Georgia.
If any of their other victims see this, I'm sorry this plague spread to you too.

Ever since Calvin Evans bought Jamestown apartments the management has been harassing residents and trying to squeeze them with ridiculous fines. Don't know Evans personally but it's pretty dishonest business practice to squeeze residents for trumped up fees (like lying about online payments when they really don't have to pay those extra fees), jack up rent every year, and do cheapest repairs possible/blame resident and avoid doing proper repairs.
Many residents lived here before management change and those owners didn't act like slum lords.
