Upon completion of High School in 2002, she joined the U.S. Army where she served her country for 8 Honorable years as a Supply Technician. If you are looking for a title company that will communicate with you and meet a deadline, Freedom Land and Title is not a good choice. My elderly mother sold her home and the title transfer was handled by Freedom Land and Title. The morning of closing, 2 hours notice, they told us we needed 5 signatures from multiple states and they had to be notarized. When asked why this was not caught earlier they made excuses, we have been extremely busy, but never offered an apology. I spent 8 hours on the road to collect the signatures that should have already been collected. This should have allowed them
