Terrible service, waitresses have a rude attitude and don't seem in a hurry to take orders. As someone who's been in the hospitality business for 20+ years I was shocked at how casually they chatted while I waited to place my order. Will not be returning , regardless of the food I'm not paying to be treated poorly by wait staff
Update : owner responded - I have no idea what he's talking about staff DID NOT check on me at all or give me an opportunity to place any order. As for the other patrons complaining I have no idea what he is referring to, I certainly was not angry

Speechless! We came in for our 5th anniversary having never been in.
We were welcomed and seated right away and since we looked at the menu ahead of time we ordered quickly. My husband got the black and blue burger with a side of loaded tots and I ordered the tri tip sandwich with beer cheese fries. Blown away!! We can't say enough about how delicious the food is! Every bite was perfection. We got a side of the million dollar potatoes to go and we were treated to a complimentary donut to go for our anniversary. Our server Sophie was the best!! Can't say enough about her!!

My husband came here today for the first time (I was a little hangry). I wanted to order a little of everything but needed the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. Which was cooked perfect and the pickled onions complimented it well. We will definitely be back . Thank you to the cooks who did there thing! So thank you for making our lunch .

This is our new favorite place to go for lunch, the menu is elaborate and has something to offer just about anyone. I love that the milkshakes come complete with a doughnut, which is also one of the best doughnuts that I have ever eaten. I am not sure if they make them in house or not. I have sampled multiple items from their menu and have never been disappointed. The service is always fast and efficient, even when they are busy.

Visiting from out of town and we're always excited to eat in Chico as they have a wide selection of great restaurants. First time here at the Foodie and we will definitely be back! So yummy, a wide assortment of foods to choose from. Our server was Hannah and she was very attentive. I enjoyed their gourmet soda selection as I do not drink my husband however got a beer which he enjoyed. Big plus is you can bring your dog out on their patio and they have treats and water bowls available! We will be returning customers hopefully soon!

Everything we ordered made my body tingle. Especially the maple bacon milkshake (not pictured). Was a little confused because all the milkshakes were topped with a donut and mine wasn't, but I accept that as a sign from god to watch my calories (LOL!!). The kids and I enjoyed our meal and we will be back! Cheers! To the new non-COVID world!!!

Fantastic spot for the work I do. The menu is expansive and has something for everyone, I pre-gamed and read the menu online so I was ready. The location is outstanding, again for the work that I do. Large, unique flavorful portions. I mean YUM!!!!!!!!!
Service was a little off, we were forgotten about at one point (we dined for an hour and no drink refills, had to leave a dog in a down-stay under the table to go inside to search for the check (hey it made for an awesome training exercise for us.) That being said, I totally get it, and the staffing issues we all are facing in the small business

I wish this place was in my home town. The loaded tots were amazing as well as the burnt end sandwich...and the fries, crisp exterior, soft fluffy interior. The boozy milkshakes are fantastic. Unfortunately, no I have to make an hour drive to get lunch next weekend..at least I'll be able to try something else that's intriguing on their menu...May even try a vegetarian option...

This a bit of a mixed review. We sat outside and our wait staff was pleasant. I ordered the grilled Pastrami with a garden salad and rose vinaigrette. The sandwich was piping hot and delicious. The salad was ok. The coffee was a bit burnt. I only ate half and the leftovers had that old oil taste to it.
My daughter had the Tuscan chicken sandwich and a side Caesar. Her salad was good but her sandwich was dry and lacked the promised pesto.

We loved the vibe and the food was excellent. We were seated fairly quickly. So many things on the menu looked amazing. I can't wait to go back and try other items. My food had excellent flavor and so did my sister-in-laws. The place was clean, social distancing enforced, servers were friendly and professional and the owner/manager was very active. We highly recommend and will be back for sure.

The new location is a nice change. Bigger and better. The outdoor fountain seating is so comfortable and relaxing. The food is mostly consistent but I had to knock off a star become the service can be spotty. Once our order sat for so long the food was almost cold. It wasn't inedible but it wasn't freshly off the grill. Once our food was given to the wrong group which I'm unsure how that happened when everyone had a number (same table different order number). No one realized until the food was already touched so we had to wait for our food to be made again.

This place was amazing!!! Would give it 10 out of 5 stars if possible! With limitations due to COVID, this was a modified reception for daughter's wedding. The food is amazing here ... it is a MUST TRY place! They have a large storage bin that doubles as an outside room ... and with the front and back opened there was great air flow. They allowed us to add decorations to the rustic linen covered table and bring the cupcakes and cake. The sandwich, sides and drink recipes are created by Boyd ... and AMAZING is a description that can't even describe how wonderful the food is!!!
