I am new to Texas after spending the last three years living in Alaska. I live in Plano with my husband and seven year old son. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from The University of South Dakota (GO YOTES!) and have done various types of marketing and public relations roles, but this is my first time in a health care setting.
I completed my undergraduate studies at University of Oklahoma before attending the prestigious Parker University in Dallas, Texas. I graduated in 2011 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. I am board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and I am a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and National Wellness Foundation.

We've only had one visit, but the everyone was welcoming, helpful, and patient. My son was anxious and argumentative when we first got there. Even slightly rude. The staff continued to smile and not let his negative attitude affect them. The doctor was patient and took the time to listen to him about things not related directly to his care. Plus was gentle with the adjustment which was a lot of my son's anxiety. By the end my son was smiling and excited about getting the help he needs. He even asked when he gets to go back. Dr. Harrison is always very welcoming and warm with his patients. I appreciate his ability to listen and then deliver exactly what I need to help correct my situation. I have gone to him for help during my last pregnancy, and now for corrections. I return to him for repeated care because he is affordable, knowledgeable, accurate, and he truly cares about his patients.

I have been to many chiropractors over many years. Most, do the same adjustments week in and week out regardless of my complaints. I get cracked, and the noise it generates feels like things are getting moved, but yet my mobility remained limited if not worse than when I arrived.
A family member recommended doc H, and when I arrived, he listened, scanned and ever so gently adjusted what needed to be adjusted without the theatrics.
I am a weight lifter and road warrior, I could not continue to do what I do without New Direction Chiropractic.

I moved to Europe 3 years ago but I make sure I get adjusted by Dr. Harrison every time I am in town . I trust him fully which means I allow him to adjust me without any resistance. He always works me in and makes me feel so much better . Personalized, efficient and effective service. Great staff as well . I highly recommend them .
